House Rules

Service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are always welcome. For the safety and comfort of all guests, no other pets are permitted. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted in this rental.
If a guest requires a service animal, we may ask the limited questions permitted by the ADA to confirm its status.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be prompt so we can prepare for the next guests.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted indoors.
Parties, weddings and other events are not allowed.
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
Use dark towels provided when removing makeup to help us preserve the quality of linens.
Only toilet paper should be flushed—please dispose of other items in the trash.

Please rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.
All food waste should go into the designated food waste bins. Recycling bins are also available.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and kitchen essentials for your convenience.
Frying food indoors is not allowed. An outdoor fryer is available for your use.
Trash bags can be found under the sink.
Before checking out, please wipe down all countertops.
Let us know if anything is broken or not working! We’re happy to help.

Please do not store bait or fish in any indoor fridge or freezer. A dedicated bait freezer is available outside for your use.
