Dolphin Cove is located on a peaceful waterfront property that also shares our small, privately operated boat and RV storage area. The Airbnb is a fully private second-floor residence with its own gated entrance and a solid privacy fence that separates it entirely from the business side. There are no shared spaces. What’s yours is yours.

 

The ground level of the building is used for business administration during regular hours. It remains quiet, with no customer traffic inside the rental area. Guests can enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted stay, along with the reassurance that local maintenance support is available if needed.

What to Expect

PRIVATE ACCESS

Your vacation rental home occupies the entire second floor of the building and features a dedicated gated entrance. You’ll have complete privacy, with no shared stairwells, doors, or entry points. It’s your space, and yours alone.

PRIVACY

The Airbnb area is enclosed by a tall, solid white privacy fence that separates it from the neighboring storage lot, providing visual privacy and a sense of separation. The only shared connection is the private boat ramp. The boat ramp is designated exclusively for Airbnb guests, with no storage customer access so you can enjoy the waterfront in peace without disruption.

RELAXING ATMOSPHERE WITH MINIMAL DAYTIME DISRUPTION

While Dolphin Cove is designed for peace and relaxation, it sits on a larger property that also includes a small, privately managed boat and RV storage area. This activity is entirely separate from the Airbnb, which is located in its own private, fenced section of the property facing the water.
 

During normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM), you may notice occasional light movement on the far side of the lot related to boat or trailer placement. These operations are quiet, infrequent, and never occur near the guest residence or pool area. Outside of those hours, the property remains still and peaceful — the perfect setting for a quiet and restful stay.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

This property is professionally managed by a dedicated caretaker, a United States military veteran with extensive experience in maintenance, security, watersports, and boater safety. He oversees the storage business, which operates independently from the rental. During normal business hours, he is often available in the office located on the lower level of the property.

 

While the Airbnb is fully private and completely separate from all business areas, guests can enjoy the added peace of mind that knowledgeable support is nearby if needed, whether for a maintenance issue, an emergency, or simply local guidance.

COVERED GUEST PARKING AND TRAILER SPACE

Parking at Dolphin Cove is easy and stress free. Guests have access to two covered 50 foot parking lanes located directly beneath the Airbnb, securely within the private fenced area. These spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. For those traveling with boats, a dedicated 114 foot parking lane is available. It includes a freshwater washdown hose for rinsing off saltwater after a day on the water. If you need more room for larger vehicles or extra trailers, additional space is available on our storage lot at no extra charge. There is plenty of space to park and settle in without any hassle.
