Spend the day casting a line from the expansive dock, launch into the water for adventure, or simply enjoy quiet moments by the shoreline, everything is ready and waiting.
Climate-controlled Pool + Spa
Our outdoor pool is equipped with a high efficiency heating and cooling system, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable swim in any season. You can request warmer water during the winter months or a refreshingly cool dip in the summer, with temperature adjustments available in advance. Beside the pool, you will also find a built in spa, a perfect spot to relax and unwind during your stay in the Keys.
For safety, the pool is fitted with an ASTM F1346 compliant safety cover (net), which meets the requirements of Florida’s Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act (Chapter 515, Florida Statutes). This approved cover serves as an alternative to a physical barrier and is designed to prevent unsupervised access in accordance with state law. Detailed instructions and a demonstration for installing and removing the net will be provided upon arrival.
Private Beach
The entire backyard is a private beach with palms, soft sand, and open Gulf views, all connected to the dock. Spend your days fishing or lounging by the water’s edge, watch dolphins passing next door, or enjoy the best seats for the Keys’ unforgettable sunsets.
70 Foot Dock
The private dock is fully equipped with a fish cleaning station, freshwater washdown hose, ladder, electrical outlets, and a dock box stocked with extra lines, fenders, and safety gear. It is the perfect spot for boating, fishing, or simply spending time by the water.
Complimentary Kayaks and Paddleboards
Explore the calm, shallow waters of the Gulf with complimentary use of 2 adult kayaks, 2 child kayaks, and 2 paddleboards. U.S. Coast Guard approved Type II life jackets are provided in adult, youth, child, and infant sizes, each equipped with an emergency whistle, so everyone can enjoy the water with comfort and safety. It is also the perfect way to watch the dolphins at the neighboring Dolphin Research Center.
Private Boat Ramp
A small, private ramp makes it easy to launch single-axel trailers right from the property. For larger vessels, Grassy Key Marina is conveniently located next door with full launch access.
Underwater Fish Light
After sunset, enjoy the view beneath the surface with an underwater dock light that attracts fish and other marine life. It is great for night fishing or quiet wildlife watching.
Outdoor Showers
Rinse off the salt and sand at one of two outdoor showers. One is located beside the pool and the other near the porch, offering added comfort and convenience after your beach or boating adventures.
Portable Handicap Ramp
A portable accessibility ramp is stored inside the elevator for guests who may need assistance entering the home. It can be set up quickly at the entryway to provide a smooth transition from the carport to the elevator, ensuring comfortable access for wheelchairs, walkers, or limited mobility.
Bait Freezer
A dedicated bait freezer is located downstairs next to the kayak rack for storing frozen bait, chum, or fresh catch. Fish and bait are not permitted inside the home and must be kept in this freezer to help maintain a clean and odor-free environment. Please bag fish before placing them in the freezer to minimize cleaning.
